Nihat Kalfazade

Nihat graduated from the Architecture Department of Istanbul Technical University (ITU) in 2000 and earned his master’s degree in architectural design from Middle East Technical University (METU) in 2004. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to numerous design and construction projects both in Turkey and abroad, including serving as Design Director for the Istanbul Tuzla Piri Reis University Campus and the Dellis Cay Project for Mandarin Oriental in the Caribbean.

At AECOM, he worked as a Project Manager for the Istanbul headquarters of multinational corporations such as GE, Pfizer, and SMBC. He then spent over a decade at Rönesans Real Estate Investment, leading the Office Development unit. There, he oversaw the full lifecycle—from development to leasing and sales—of Class A office projects totaling 150,000 m² of gross leasable area (GLA).

Since 2021, Nihat has been a Managing Partner at Forin, where he is responsible for business development and real estate consultancy operations.
