Nihat Kalfazade, an architect, holds a bachelor’s degree from Istanbul Technical University and a master’s from Middle East Technical University, with a thesis published by Verlag Dr. Müller on architectural design insights.

Throughout his career, Nihat has assumed various pivotal roles, including Project Manager for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group’s Island Resort project in the Turks and Caicos Islands (BWI), project manager and/or developer for various hotel and residential projects in Ankara and Marmaris, Design Manager for the Piri Reis University Campus in Istanbul, and Project Manager at AECOM for the design and build of several multinational companies’ headquarters, including GE Healthcare, Pfizer, HP, and SMBC.

Embarking on his real estate journey at Rönesans Real Estate Development in Istanbul, Nihat spearheaded the Office Development business line, overseeing diverse commercial real estate transactions for multinational corporations such as Walmart, Adidas, Societe Generale, ABB, Polisan, Turkcell, Bosch, and Allianz. With a cumulative transaction volume exceeding 150,000 m², he currently provides consultancy services in real estate development and brokerage for both commercial and residential properties.

Nihat’s multifaceted background enables him to offer design, contractor services, and property consultancy, utilizing his extensive industry knowledge to effectively assist clients in realizing their visions in design and real estate projects.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Nihat champions environmental causes, enjoys backpack camping, and indulges in wood-carving as a hobby. Residing in Istanbul with his son, he brings his passion for understanding his clients’ dreams to every interaction, ensuring their visions are brought to life.
