Re: Reference Letter

This reference letter was prepared at the request of Nihat Kalfazade.

Our communication with Nihat Bey started with a house we wished to sell. After an interview on the telephone, in respect to his detailed explanations, knowledge on the subject and friendly approach, we decided to meet face-to-face at our property.

When he came to visit at our house, he was very equipped and asked our demands and expectations taking notes all the time. He took measurments and collected information about all the infrastructure, history and environment of the house. Because he is also an architect, he advised us on simple arrangements and repairs that can be made to speed up the selling process. He shared the market research he had already made before his visit, and we were content on the value set for our property. On the day we we met, we decided to authorize him for the sale of our property.

Through renovations and repairs, he directed teams we could work with while accompanying us in their interviews. Subsequently, he had photos of the house taken by a professional photographer to put on listings. He directed us through all legal transactions and accompanied everywhere necessary. Through necessary listings and campaigns, he made it possible to sell our house in only two months time.

At the moment, we have come to point where we discuss all our real-estate matters. He is an honest, sincere, constructive, knowledged and equipped person. He has always been helpful and walked with us through the entire process. I would recommend working with him to anyone who has interest.
